We painted these 2 big units inside and out 15 years ago when build, and after the earthquakes we redid some of the interior due to some damage. Are doing regular maintenance jobs and now repainting some of the exterior. The owner has a bach in Gore Bay which we stained and repainted last year.

Gore Bay bach on east coast 150 km north of Christchurch;

Above before waterblasting and removal of old stain;

Below after waterblasting and removal old stain and start of staining first coat; (3 coats in total)

Replacing old flashing and made a new one from a sheet of metal !

Here the bach from above taken from drone; bach is third from the right.
